Adam Avitabile is a veteran and operator with over 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, sourcing, and strategic growth. Throughout his career, he has focused on business acquisition strategies that help companies strengthen operations, enhance profitability, and integrate new acquisitions—always emphasizing people, process, and long-term value as part of a family legacy of operational excellence. 

Before founding Avita Holdings, Adam led sourcing and integration initiatives for private-equity-backed and public companies in the medical device and defense sectors, managing multiple acquisitions each year. His extensive experience in due diligence, supplier development, and post-close execution now informs how Avita Holdings acquires and nurtures small businesses.

A service-connected disabled veteran, Adam brings the same discipline, clarity, and accountability that defined his military service to every business he leads. His focus is simple: to build stable, enduring companies through strategic business acquisition that provide meaningful work and dependable value for the people who rely on them. Adam and his wife, Kelly, are raising a blended family of seven, with four of their five children now in high school. Avita Holdings was created not only as an investment firm focused on business acquisition, but also as a living classroom — a place for his children to learn leadership, entrepreneurship, and stewardship by example.
